Macmillan coffee morning: Saturday 17 September, 10:00 - 14:00 hours. £4 per person for coffee and cake, £2 for under 18's. Non-members welcome.

Following the huge success of our MacMillan coffee morning in 2021, it is back again this year in a similar format: Coffee and Cake, plus the fund-raising stalls and local makers' art and crafts for sale. Raffle, tombola, pre-loved clothing, cakes for sale, guess the length of the sausage plait, to name but a few. Fun for Children too with activities, games, face painting and tombola.

Our annual fundraiser is gathering momentum. We have lots of donations and volunteers thank you! And we still need more donations and volunteers as we have a target of £2000 raised in 2021 to beat. We set the bar high last year!

We have raffle prizes from Country and Shore, Felix and Tabitha. Chichester Harbour Gin. Vintage champagne, spa vouchers and star prize of a print and gift cards from Julie Turner.

We have stalls selling products from local artists and makers including Jane Scott, Alex Poyner, Eloise Biddlecombe, Lea Acres, Felix and Tabitha, Angela Delves, Sue Smithers; Jane Scott, Chichester Harbour Gin, Chrstimas cards from RNLI and Terror / Friends of Chichester Harbour.

A good excuse to start early Christmas shopping, all fundraising for Macmillan Cancer Support.

Please do continue to support us with donations for our raffle prize draw, tombola, and volunteering to prepare and host stalls on the day. if you would like to host a stall please let us know.

We need donations for:

Raffle: Good quality prizes for the raffle drawn at the end of the day. There is a star raffle prize a print and gift cards from Julie Turner.

Bottle tombola: any bottles for our popular stall.

Cakes and other sweet treats to sell on the day.

Pre-loved good condition clothes: women's, men's and children's clothing and accessories. Designer and high street welcome, but need to be clean and in excellent condition.

Children's tombola: games, books and toys are welcome. Good condition please.

Helpers: Friday afternoon to prepare the stalls. Saturday to run a stall and welcome people. Any time you can give will be appreciated!

Please bring any donations, raffle, tombola, pre-loved clothing, cakes etc. to the outer office (perishable items no earlier than Friday 16 September please). Please let me know if you can help by emailing rch@emsworthsc.org.uk.
