Annual General Meeting

Assuming that the current COVID-19 situation doesn't change, the AGM will be a hybrid meeting with physical attendance at ESC as well as online attendance using Zoom.

The AGM has both elections and motions to consider and a summary of how this will take place is as follows;

Booking: Whether attending in person or online, each voting member will need to book to attend the meeting in order to be able to vote (as at the 2021 Financial General Meeting), because in order to ensure the integrity of the voting system, each voter has to have an individual email address. If a household has more than one registered voter but only one email address, a proxy vote may be used*.

Attendance: Members can opt to attend in person or via Zoom when they book their place. If demand exceeds capacity for in-person attendance at the Club, priority will be given first to those running the meeting and then any members putting forward a motion, after which places will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.

Post meeting, Ollie is offering a set menu supper of ; Spanish chicken served on patatas bravas , greens and roasted pepper sauce followed by citrus tart & ice-cream £12.50. PP.
