Long distance races heading down harbour, where a race has at least one mark south of Marker buoy.
For juniors, parents are responsible for deciding if their child should race. They should assess the sailor's skill, weather conditions, and whether the sailor can right the boat unaided. Parents must also ensure the boat is properly rigged for both the conditions and the sailor's ability.
