Stansted Challenge Cup

A race for two-handed boats (2000s), helmed by a junior and crewed by a senior Club member, who will be encouraged to pass on racing skills and knowledge as part of the race.
For juniors, parents/guardians are responsible for deciding if their child should race. They should assess the sailor's skill, the weather conditions, and whether the sailor can right the boat unaided. Parents/guardians must also ensure that the boat is properly rigged for both the conditions and the sailor's ability.
