BSUPA Instructor course Provisional

The course will cover paddle skills, safety, group control and SUP general knowledge.
Candidates will need to have an in-date First Aid certificate, RYA Powerboat Level 2, and be a member of BSUPA. Candidates should have SUP skills equivalent to BSUPA Level 1 Ready to Ride (but not necessarily have the award), meaning they must be able to do:
- effective short paddle strokes
- step back turn
- reversing board and paddle
This will be a 2 day course running from 09:00 - 17:00 on both days, 50% of which will be afloat. The minimum age is 14. Expected cost will be around £150.
