Required experience - Sailing skills to the standard of the Level 3 or Stage 4

Minimum duration - 16 hours or equivalent number of sessions

Content - Learn how to rig the boat, hoist, gybe and drop/recover one type of spinnaker, either conventional or asymmetric. Gain the knowledge and understanding to sail the best possible course downwind.

Certificate issuing criteria - Able to use one type of spinnaker, conventional or asymmetric

Format - Afloat

This course is £150 per boat (for ESC members), please book a ticket per sailor (£75 each). When booking you will be prompted to give the name of the other person in the boat. There is an additional charge for non-ESC members.

Fevas only, own boat required, Club Fevas available to hire via the website on a first come first served basis.
