Instructor's Induction via Zoom

If you would like to work at Emsworth Sailing Club in 2022 in any instructional capacity, you will need to be inducted into the Clubs Operational Policies and Procedures.

This is part of the Club's obligation as an RYA Training Centre and is also a necessary element of Health and Safety.

In short, it helps Instructors know their way around the Club and become effective trainers.

The content will include:

• Revised ESC's 2022 Operational Procedures
• The RYA's interpretation of current COVID restrictions
• ESC's Safeguarding Process
• Using ESC's VHF Radios
• Correct preparation of kit for the Club's powerboats

Induction will be through reading the ESC Operational Procedures Manual, attending the single 1 hour session over Zoom and achieving a pass in the subsequent quiz.
