Junior Fun Race
Welcome to the next twist on Junior and Youth Racing for the summer of 2020 our Junior Fun Race where conventional racing meets seamanship skills and on course obstacles!
You should expect racing and tasks like coming alongside a moored boat, slalom, standing on the side to sail a leg, freestyle section and hopefully boat limbo the organisers are currently putting their heads together to come up with the final activities!
Depending on the entries there may be a team element to, but whether it is individual or team FUN is the name of the day whilst still racing and developing skills!
Results are not nearly as important as everyone having a good time sailing and of course there will be prizes!
You must register in advance as no entries on the day, closing for booking is Monday 17th at 19:00.

Everyone entering must have a good level of sailing, be able to sail a triangle unaided and be able to right their own boat unaided (masthead floats are encouraged!). This is not an event for those starting out.
As we are restricted on numbers, we will be running booking as a lottery rather than first come first served in order to keep the number of families within our current limitations. So please enter today and also drop us both an email to let us know how you would be able to help out during the weekend as there are lots of tasks to make this happen.
