Aimed at juniors wanting to get more racing experience, and is not for beginner racers. This series will be for double-handers only. It will start 10 minutes after the down harbour race, and will be from the fixed start line.
For juniors, parents/guardians are responsible for deciding if their child should race. They should assess the sailor's skill, the weather conditions, and whether the sailor can right the boat unaided. Parents/guardians must also ensure that the boat is properly rigged for both the conditions and the sailor's ability.
