Rowing - East Head day

This will be leaving Emsworth on the outgoing morning tide, rowing to the beach at East head for picnic/swimming etc and returning to Emsworth on the evening incoming tide. This involves rowing a further distance than on the normal 90 minute rows so a reasonable level of fitness would be required! It will obviously be dependent on favourable weather on the day.
