Seamanship is an important part of sailing and being on the water - sailing without a rudder, sailing backwards, capsize and right your boat, man overboard drill, tying knots. Competing for the Townsend Cup (boys) and Townsend Plate (girls), both presented by Jonny, Annie, David and Simon Townsend's parents, it's been hotly competed for over the years by past juniors - now it's your turn!
