With membership subscription renewals becoming due in the coming months amongst the backdrop of uncertainty concerning further Covid19 measures and access to the office, it becomes increasingly challenging for ESC to process cheques and cash to settle outstanding invoices.
Please could we ask, for those who have not done so already, to set up the direct debit 'GoCardless' payment system as soon as possible. This would be enormously helpful, especially with 2021 subscriptions become due in the coming months. By setting up 'GoCardless' for 2021, subscriptions will not be taken from your bank account at the point the invoice is created and received. Payment will be taken during the last week of January giving you the longest period possible to settle the outstanding balance.
'GoCardless' is hugely helpful for settling all club invoices, so act now to set up this facility and benefit from the convenience it offers!! You remain in control as an email notification arrives before payment is taken, giving you the option to cancel the pending payment should you wish to.
How to set-up 'GoCardless'
- 1) Use this link to enter log-in details with your email address and password https://www.emsworthsc.org.uk/login
- 2) Click 'Members Area' on top right hand side of the page
- 3) Click 'GoCardless Set Up' at the bottom of the right hand side menu
- 4) Progress through the instructions on the screen using the blue buttons to set up the mandate (the Club does not hold your bank details).
