MESSAGE FROM THE ESC OFFICE
The deadline for notifying the office of proposals for Flag Officers and General Committee members expired on Sunday 25 October 2020 at 09:00 hrs. The following proposals were notified for eligible candidates being all adult members excluding Honorary and Overseas members:

There is only one candidate for each Flag Officer position. There are seven candidates for General Committee with five vacancies.
Registration is now closed for online voting. 222 members registered to vote and attend online. Members not registered can request a proxy voting form from the office (or click here - you will need to login) and the form must be returned to the office by 17:00 hrs on Friday 30 October.
Three further emails will be sent as follows:
1. Friday 30 October Morning - Zoom details to registered online attendees for the 2020 AGM
2. Friday 30 October Afternoon - To invite votes for elections of Flag Officers and General Committee members from all those registered to attend the AGM. Results will be announced during the AGM and by email to all members following the AGM.
3. During the AGM - To invite votes on Item 1 (FinGM minutes) and Item 3 (2021 subscription rates) from all those registered to attend the AGM. Results to be announced by email to all members after the AGM.
Finally, the AGM agenda and supporting documents are all in the members' area of the club website (click here - you will need to login). Any questions in relation to motions or proposals are welcome but must be submitted in writing to the ESC Office by 17:00hrs on Friday 30 October.
