Billets update

Please continue to complete the Billets Log with your usage. There are more than 40 billets still showing zero uses for this season and with winter rapidly approaching, the time available for those members to achieve the minimum requirement of 8 sails is quickly running out.

Also, there are a large number of untidy billets in the dinghy park. If you think this applies to you, please help by remembering to take a pair of shears with you the next time you visit your boat. It is surprisingly quick and easy to just trim the grass and weeds around your boat before you go for a sail or when you come back ashore.

Finally, there are two abandoned sailboards currently lying in the northwest corner of the dinghy park. If you recognize either of these boards, please could you make contact with us urgently. Otherwise they will be disposed of during the next working party, which is on Saturday 16 October.
