There are changes to the self-isolation guidance from 17 January 2022. You now need to only isolate for 5 full days if you have 2 negative lateral flow tests (LFTs) on consecutive days. Click here for further info.

The rest of the guidelines remain the same in the UK. Face coverings remain compulsory in shops and on public transport.

Our absolute priority is keeping our members, Ollie's and the office teams safe.

We continue to limit the numbers attending our social events and always ensure that the windows are open. Visiting the Club and attending events remains a personal choice, but please consider the following when you visit the Club:

Don't come to the Club if you are feeling unwell

Continue to wash your hands regularly

Carry face coverings with you and consider wearing them when:

- moving about the clubhouse or other enclosed spaces

- delivering close contact services such as First Aid

- you are with others who are wearing a covering, as a courtesy.

Please consider lateral flow testing before visiting the Club and meeting other people.
