Digital Guest Book, emsdinghies and incident reporting tablet

We are delighted to announce that the Wet Bar and Snug Bar, both now hold a tablet which currently has 3 tabs for the following 3 functions;

1. Digital Guest Book

From now on, please sign your guests in to the Club using the tablet. The first screen will ask you to enter your and each of your guest's details, and a second screen will welcome your guest to the Club.

Additional screens will appear only if your guest has visited ESC more than 6 times this year, or if your guest has visited more than 2 times in the last 7 days (unless attending a Club function).

Please remember that guests to the Club should at all times be accompanied by the member introducing them and that guests cannot use the swimming pool.

2. Emsdinghies sign-on & sign-off

You can still sign on and off for races at emsdinghies.com using your mobile phone or your home PC as usual, but if you are at the Club without your phone, you can now sign on or off races using this tablet. Just click on the tab and follow the instructions to sign on or off, as you would normally.

3. Incident reporting

SEE IT? REPORT IT!

If you identify a near miss, an unsafe act, a security concern, an accident, a safeguarding issue or anything in disrepair (broken, missing, damaged etc), at the Club please follow this link https://forms.office.com/e/UppZErHVFR to report it.
