Junior Mini Series

For this event to happen adult help is required. We still require volunteers for: Race Officer, Safety boat cox (x2 Wednesday) and Safety boat crew (x 7 Tues, Wed, Thurs). Please contact Simon Ward (07770448352) if you can help out.

During the half term school holidays we will be excited to continue the junior season with the Mini Series which will be running on the 01st, 2nd and 03rd of June. Depending on the entrants we plan to run Open, Tera and Oppie fleets. Due to safety boat constraints we will have to limit entries and are afraid we cannot accommodate absolute beginners in the racing. Entrants should have RYA Start Racing or equivalent experience. If your child doesn't meet this requirement there will be plenty of opportunities as the season progresses for the less experienced. Please book below, only one entry needed per boat, using the helm's name if sailing a double-handed boat.

Adult help required: For the event to run safely and successfully, we require adult help, both on the water and on-shore. These can be classed as your club duties if required. For this event we require a Race Officer, a Safety Boat Cox and crew for three boats over the three days, and a Tally board / on-shore safety.
