Review of Christmas prize draw supper: it was a wrap!

A lovely evening was had by all.

Becky White (one of our members) welcomed us with Christmas songs while we sipped prosecco.

We then had a delicious supper courtesy of Ollie and his team, who also dressed the clubhouse beautifully.

We were then joyfully entertained with a new slant on the Christmas story as told by Andrew Sheard, Rector of St James, accompanied by our favourite chocolate bars.

Sarah Pinnell led our carols and "Twelve Days of Christmas" finale.

The prize draw was a sell-out; winners who weren't at the supper will be notified about their winnings this week. There were super local prizes.

As always, the clubhouse was well ventilated and masks were worn for the carols, but that didn't seem to dampen the gusto of our guests' singing.
