Upcoming Junior Events - Early Summer 2021

As the weather warms and lockdown eases, come and join us for the wide range of events we have for juniors in the first half of the summer this year starting with a busy schedule over half term, and leading up to COW week at the end of July.

For some events, booking through the club website will be required. Details of this will be publicised in the ESC Weekly Roundup, on the website and also the Junior Facebook page.
Fun and social events:
Junior un-regatta Bank Holiday Monday 31 May. The Junior 'unregatta' is built around a series of fun races such as backwards sailing and team racing.
Family Friday evenings Friday 18 June, Friday 2 July, and Friday 16 July. Evening sailing and a social gathering for families and juniors when the tide is right.
Time of the Tide Saturday 17 July, Aimed at those children that want to have fun on the water
COW week Monday 26 July to Friday 30 July, The Club's flagship children's sailing week.
Racing events:
Junior mini-series, held over the summer half term Tuesday 1 June to Thursday 3 June
Junior challenger series, held on weekends through the summer: 15 May, Sunday 6 June, Saturday 26 June
ESC Tera open, Sunday 27 June
ESC Junior regatta, Sunday 11 July
In addition to these specific junior racing events, juniors with sufficient experience are welcome to participate in the Aldora Cup and Short Harbour races held on weekends through the early summer, and the Blois Johnson races on midweek evenings follow this link for dates and times Emsworth Sailing Club : Events (emsworthsc.org.uk)
