ESC Annual General Meeting

The 2021 AGM took place on Sunday 24 October, with 100 members registering to attend either in person or online via Zoom.

Thank you to all those who attended.

The votes have been counted and verified by our Trustees and I am pleased to confirm the following results;

1. The minutes of the 2021 Financial General Meeting were approved unanimously

2. The proposal to increase the subscriptions in 2022 by 7.5% across all membership categories, was approved by a 95% majority

3. There being no other candidates, the existing Flag Officers were deemed elected for the coming year without the need for vote;

Tim Keeping - Vice Commodore and Chair of Estates

Craig Summers - Rear Commodore (Sailing)

Deborah Owen-Ellis Clark - Rear Commodore (House)

4. There being 3 applicants for the 3 General Committee positions, the following were deemed elected without the need for a vote;

Chris Hodkinson

Erika Biddlecombe

Andrew Thomson.
